COMPANY HISTORY
In November of 2021, Fasnap® celebrated 40 years of serving the industrial textile fastener industry. Fasnap® was founded in 1981 in Elkhart, Indiana by Paul & Sally Reed with the goal of serving the industrial fastener industry with the highest quality. Our innovative products, quality standards, and value-added services have set the standard making Fasnap the preferred choice for all fastening solutions.
From testing through production, components are assembled under strict guidelines. Fasnap® Corp. is committed to quality and we started becoming ISO9002/ QS9000 registered in 1998, ISO 9001:2000 certified in 2005, ISO 9001: 2008 certified in 2011, and subsequently ISO 9001: 2015 in 2018. We have continued to maintain our quality management standards since we opened our doors 40 years ago and will continue to do so for the future.
Fasnap® furthered our reach by opening our Southeast location on January 2003, in Orlando, FL. This branch location serves as a distribution and machinery servicing center for the Southeastern United States. In 2020, the corporate headquarters in Elkhart expanded our warehouse by tripling the size to further accommodate logistics to serve our customers.
We reach across several industries and all different walks of life. Our products range from a teeny tiny fastener that holds entire circus tent together to webbing that secures major loads on the back of semi-trucks. Regardless our team is dedicated to always taking care of our customers with knowledgeable and trustworthy staff.
Fasnap® serves fabricators in the marine, automotive, upholstery, sign & banner, and other industries via a network of national distributors. We have also heavily invested in our packaging equipment and further educating our staff to ensure our future and to continue operating in our community for another 40 years.
